REFUND POLICY

If an event is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseeable cause, a full refund will be processed within 7 days of the event date.

A refund will be granted if requested within seven (7) days of the event date. Instead of a refund, you may also request to have your registration fee applied to another comparable event. In the event of an extenuating circumstance such as a health or relocation issue, a refund will be issued and documentation may be required to process the refund. Thank you.

NON-ATTENDANCE

There is a no refund policy if the registrant does not attend the event as expected.

LADDER LEAGUE ATTENDANCE

Ladder leagues are scheduled for 6 consecutive weeks. Registrants are expected to attend ALL the sessions. If the registrant cannot attend, he/she is responsible for finding a suitable substitute. The club may be able to help with suggested names if there is a waiting list for the event, but the registrant is responsible for making the contact. There is no refund to the registrant for a missed ladder league session.
